Gustave, My Feral Cat

He was just a white blur along the back edge of our property, but quite noticeable since his poor camouflage made him stand out among the foliage. My daughter, Nicole, then 19, found him one afternoon hunting in the woods out back. Even though we had three other cats, she couldn’t ignore his beauty or his mysteriousness. He was a feral cat and naturally afraid of people, but his pink nose, yellow eyes and pink ears made him something special.dsc_0936
